U17 County Representative program kicks off this Sunday

This years Durham U17 County representative program starts on Sunday 15th May at Billingham Rugby Club where we will face Cumbria in the first of three matches. There has been great participation from clubs across the county who have nominated players for selection this year and it has made choosing the final squad particularly difficult.

Head Coach Daniel Finney said "This is an exciting group of players to work with and they have already shown a great work ethic in the development day and first squad training session. The have grasped our playing style quickly and we expect to see some fast flowing exciting rugby over the coming weeks."

The squad will play three games this season and in addition to the first one against Cumbria they will play Yorkshire on the 22nd May and Northumbria on the 29th May.
