Girls’ Pathway

U16 to U18

The girls’ pathway aligns with the RFU’s initiatives to grow and develop women’s rugby, providing structured programs for players aged 16-18.

​

U16 PDG (Player Development Group)

This program, set by RFU and delivered by Durham County RFU, it offers top-tier coaching and a focus on both technical and personal development.
