Durham County RFU open applications for Business Development Volunteer Programme

Newcastle Falcons are offering all clubs in Durham County the chance to take part in sports sales training.

"The Newcastle 2019 European Finals Weekend hospitality programme now on sale, this programme attempts to harness the significant interest there will be in these packages to the benefit of local rugby clubs. Every local club has a network of players, volunteers and members that are prominent figures within the local business community."

The aim of the programme is for each club to nominate a potential business development volunteer who will:

• Receive generic sports sales training from Newcastle Falcons • Specific sales training and marketing materials to gain commission and sell official Newcastle 2019 hospitality packages to your club business networks.

Any club that makes sales will receive 15% commission.

We believe this is an excellent opportunity for clubs, the workshop will take place on Tuesday 14th January at Durham City RFU.
