Overview of post Gateshead College Academy for Sport are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to coach our Women's and Men's Rugby Academy. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a co-ordinated programme of activity to provide quality coaching, learning and assessment in a friendly and professional environment. The ideal successful candidate will hold a RFU or RFL Level 3 coaching badge (level 2's will be considered); have experience of working with college age players and an understanding of the FE education sector. It is essential that you are aware and comply with all relevant Health and Safety regulations and work procedures and Adhere to 'Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches', Equity & Child Protection Policies. This role will involve some national travel and will see the post holder managing one of the college's teams.
