U18 County Assessments Nominations Open

DCRFU are delighted to announce that this years U18 County Nominations are now open.

After an uncertain period of time it is great to see rugby in the County return to some normality with a thriving Colts league across the North East and Cumbria.

We are now inviting nominations for the U18 program and have set out the following criteria for nominations.

• All nominated players must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for nomination:

  • Resident in County Durham

  • Play for a Club/School/College registered in County Durham

  • Be eligible to play, by age u18's rugby. ( this includes all u17 and u18 players)

• GASP

  • GAME SENSE

  • ATTITUDE

  • SKILLSET

  • PHYSICAL POTENTIAL

• Must be available on the following dates for assessment, development session and games

  • 31/10/21

  • 7/11/21

  • 5/12/21

  • 19/12/21

  • 9/1/22

• Clubs with Falcons academy players registered with we will speak with the academy directly about the release of players to the program.
