U18 Girls 2022 Season Update

A great season for the Durham U18 Girls, it was the last festival for the U18's at Northern on Easter Sunday.

Durham RFU hosted at Billingham RFC on 3rd April with only a match against Northumberland RFU as Cumbria RFU withdrew due to lack of players. The girls won that match with a recorded score of 48-0.

On Easter Sunday, at Northern RFC, Northumberland RFU hosted the last festival.

Durham RFU Results:

Northumberland 0-17 Durham

Durham 39-7 Cumbria

Unfortunately other teams didn't have a full squad, but loaned players from Durham in order to get the games played!

2021-2022 has been the best season yet for Durham Girls.

U18 Girls Easter Weekend 2022

Absolute privilege and pleasure to be involved with these girls this season. Thank you for all your time and effort. Onto next season for some and others moving out of Age Grade rugby (please carry on playing). Thanks to all the coaches who made this all possible. A special mention to Jan Duncan and Francesca Harding for all the hard work behind the scenes.
